An act, to repeal an act increasing the salaries of the justices of the Supreme Judicial Court [electronic resource].
The General Court, in 1809, passed an Act that apparently increased the salaries of judges from whatever they had been originally. The present Act of 1825, repeals the 1809 Act and puts the salaries, never listed, back to their original level.
