At a General Assembly of the governor and company of the state of Connecticut, holden at Hartford, on the second Thursday of May Anno Domini 1778 [electronic resource] : an act in addition to, and alteration of an act passed by this Assembly in February last for raising two brigades for the defence of this state.
May 14, 1778 broadside issued by the Connecticut General Council that amended the prior act of February 12, 1778. The amendment included bounties for enlisting, a date to muster all troops together, as well as other amended portions.
