Holden of Charlestown, Bassett of Boston, Whitman of Lancaster, Thurber of Mendon, Osgood of Andover, Rantoul of Beverley, Fisher of Franklin, Baylies of Taunton, Kingman of East-Bridgewater, Lewis of Barnstable, Foster of Brimfield, Loomis of Lee, and Smith of Hatfield be a committee to prepare and report an article of amendment to the Constitution of this Commonwealth, relative to the number and mode of electing Representatives to the General Court and that the several orders and petitions presented on the subject of the Constitution be committed to the same Committee.
