An investigation of aircraft heaters. : 36 - Preliminary investigation of a combustion-type aircraft heater / L. M. K. Boelter[and others]
Experimental results on the thermal performance of an aircraft combustion-type heater are presented. Evaluation of the thermal effectiveness of the heater reveals that the effects of gaseous radiation and turbulence due to combustion are negligible.
