On Nov. 9, 1978, President Carter signed into law the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (NGPA). This manual was prepared to help gas producers understand the NGPA, what must be done to comply with it, and what is necessary in order to collect the prices to which they may be entitled. (DLC)
