In the Senate of the United States. May 5, 1884. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Cullom, from the Committee on Pensions, submitted the following report. (To accompany Bill S. 1259.) The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the Bill (S. 1259) granting arrears of pension to W.N. Berkley, late a lieutenant in Company K, Forty-eighth Illinois Volunteers, respectfully report that the claimant has decided to prosecute his application for increase in the Pension Office, and therefore recommend that the bill be indefinitely postponed.
