By the president of the Delaware state. A proclamation [microform] : Whereas the southern post was robbed of his mail, on Sunday the sixteenth day of June last, within five miles of Hartford, in the state of Maryland ... I do hereby accordingly offer a public reward of two hundred dollars to any person or persons who shall recover the said mail ... Given under my hand and the great seal of the state, at New-Castle, the fifth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty-two.
