Item Description:"In conformity with a resolution of the House, requesting the 'Board of Canal Commissioners to report at as early a day as convenient, the practicability, utility to the State, and the probable cost of extending the navigable feeder of the Miami canal, to the town of West Liberty, in Logan county, so as to connect said feeder with the Mad River and Lake Erie railroad,' dated December 21, 1838, the board respectfully submit the following report."
