Summary:Deed conveying land and infrastructure used in the Fraser River Diversion Project (also known as the Denver Trans-Mountain Diversion Project). This project was undertaken by the Denver Water Board to divert water from the Fraser River and its tributaries on the Western Slope of the Continental Divide through the Moffat Water Tunnel into South Boulder Creek to the Ralston Dam and Reservoir. Some of this water is used as the city of Denver water supply. The acting parties to the deed are the Denver Board of Water Commissioners and the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works.
