Moffat tunnel agreement, dated as of December 10, 1934.

Copy of the agreement that allowed water to be diverted from the Fraser River and its tributaries on the Western Slope of the Continental Divide through the Moffat Water Tunnel into South Boulder Creek to the Ralston Dam and Reservoir. Some of this water is used as the city of Denver water supply.
