Ordered, that Messrs. Bradley, of Fryburg, Sumner, of Boston, Harnden, of Woolwich, be a committee, with such as the honorable Senate may join, to consider the expediency of adopting the most effectual measures for the laying out, settlement and improvement of the Commonwealth's lands in the district of Maine, and for rendering them productive to the state, with leave to report by bill or otherwise [electronic resource].
