Item Description:Relates legal action brought by Sir Arthur Hesilrige before Council of State against John Musgrave for condemnation of his administration of the northern counties in "True and exact relation of the great and heavy pressures and grievances the well-affected of the northern bordering counties lye under". Also relates consequent proceedings of the Council of State which found in favour of Sir Arthur Hesilrige.
