Description
Summary:The in vivo effects of a 0.6LD50 dose of monomethylhydrazine (MMH) on the prothrombin-activating mechanism and the fibrinolytic mechanism were studied in rats anesthetized in ether. The studies were evaluated by means of the prothrobin time, partial thromboplastin time, thromboplastin generation test, and quantitative measurements of free and total profibrinolysin, and the euglobulin inhibitor.
