No one here has seen or heard the finished production of the conference; it doesn't yet exist. What I have seen is the Conference Program and the contributed papers, and base my remarks on them. If my remarks do not correspond precisely to what the speakers will actually say, no apology is called for. After all, this is not a Conference Summary. I have divided the subject into several general categories, corresponding to the main areas of this conference, but I shall not follow the order of the program.
