Description
Summary:The range of electroproduction kinematics x{sub Bj} = Q²/(2p {center dot} q) ≥ 10⁻⁴ at Q² ≥ 10 GeV² accessible at the HERA e - p collider will provide a challenging high energy testing ground for quantum chromodynamics in a regime where the gluon distribution of the proton is expected to saturate and new types of multi-scattering higher twist contributions to structure functions become important. In this summary I give a brief overview of the recent theoretical work presented at the Hamburg conference. 19 refs., 2 figs.
