Specific information sought by questionnaire concerned the: (1) academic performance of entering freshmen; (2) number of students remaining each semester; (3) reasons for dropping out; (4) extent to which dropouts return to school during the 3-year period; (5) jobs ex-students obtain, and the usefulness of the college preparation for these jobs; (6) attendance patterns of transfer and terminal students; and (7) ideas students have for improving the college program. Data from the 43% response to the questionnaire are presented and summarized, and recommendations are made with implications for improved instruction and counseling. (MC)
