The two parts of the statement, headed "Heritage Language Instruction" and "ESL for Students with Limited Proficiency in English," provide brief introductions followed by basic facts on student eligibility and basic facts on funding. The Heritage Language program consists of three courses: Heritage Language; Bilingual Heritage Language; and Enhanced Heritage Language. Funding provisions for each course are given.
