Following an introduction to the resilience-based approach, guidelines are presented on group leadership and how the session plans work. Additional chapters are organized around the seven resiliencies and materials are included on how to lead groups around these themes. Step-by-step instructions are included for conducting activities for each story. The guide can be used in the classroom or as part of social studies, language arts, or life skills curriculum.
