545 0 |a Gabriel Cepeda Carrión is Professor in the management and marketing department at the Universidad de Sevilla, Spain. His main research topics include knowledge management, absorptive capacity, dynamic capabilities, and organizational learning and unlearning. He is currently working on several research projects on leadership and soft skills in sports funded by the European Commission and the Spanish Government. Jerónimo García-Fernǹdez is Associate Professor in sports science in the department of physical education and sport at the University of Seville, Spain. His research focuses on the management of fitness centers, customer loyalty, consumer perception, digital transformation, customer satisfaction, and analysis of professional profiles linked to the sport and fitness sector. In 2016, he was the President of the Ibero-American Congress on Sports Economics that took place in Spain, and in 2020 and 2021, he was President of the International Conference on Technology in Physical Activity and Sport. He also belongs to the board of the Spanish Society of Sports Economy (SEED) and the Andalusian Association of Sports Managers (AGESPORT). James J. Zhang is Professor of sport management at the University of Georgia, USA. His primary research interests are applied measurement and/or applied studies examining sport consumer behaviour. He has previously been Editor of the International Journal of Sport Marketing and Sponsorship, Sport Management Section Editor of the Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise Science journal, and President of North American Society for Sport Management (NASSM)
