Richard Vaux

Richard Vaux (December 19, 1816 – March 22, 1895) was an American politician. He was mayor of Philadelphia and served for less than a year as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania in the early 1890s. Provided by Wikipedia
