Horace W. Vaughan

Horace W. Vaughan Horace Worth Vaughan (December 2, 1867November 10, 1922) was an American lawyer, jurist, and politician. He represented Texas in the United States House of Representatives and the Texas Senate. In 1916, he was appointed as a judge of the United States District Court for the Territory of Hawaii, where he lived the rest of his life. Provided by Wikipedia
