Timothy E. Tarsney
Timothy Edward Tarsney (February 4, 1849 – June 8, 1909) was an American lawyer and politician from the U.S. state of Michigan. He served two terms in the United States House of Representatives from 1885 to 1889. Provided by Wikipedia
