Oleksander Ohloblyn in 1922 Oleksander Petrovych Ohloblyn (; 6 December 1899 – 16 February 1992) was a Ukrainian politician and historian who served as mayor of Kyiv while it was under the occupation of Nazi Germany in 1941.
