Elisha C. Dick
Elisha Cullen Dick, M.D. (March 15, 1762 – September 22, 1825) was a Virginia physician and political figure. He was the attending physician at George Washington's death. Dick at times represented Fairfax County in the Virginia House of Delegates and served as mayor of Alexandria D.C. Provided by Wikipedia
